Dosage Awareness: Start with low doses, especially if new. Gradually increase as you become more familiar. There are bodyweight dosing calculators online that are very helpful in understanding your
Hydration and Nutrition: Drink water regularly. Avoid consuming sacraments on an empty stomach unless fasting for a macro dose. Please consult with the Pastor on duty for more information.
Emotional Preparation: Be prepared for emotional experiences. Embrace and process feelings that arise.
